Delete your Neon Blocks data

Neon Blocks (developer: Neon Blocks, package com.neonblocks.puzzle) lets you delete your account data at any time. No account sign-up is needed to play, so there is no password to remember.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

Open Neon Blocks.
Tap ⚙️ Settings on the home screen.
Tap 🗑️ Delete my data and confirm.

Option 2 — by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email toniabouabsi000@gmail.com with the subject "Neon Blocks data deletion" and your in-game nickname. We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your cloud profile: progress, coins, power-ups, level stars, settings and nickname.
Your leaderboard entries (all-time, weekly and daily).
Your anonymous user account (and the link to your Google account, if you used Google sign-in).
All progress stored on your device.

What may be kept

Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you (kept up to 14 months by Google Analytics for Firebase).
Crash reports (deleted automatically after 90 days).
Data held by Google AdMob under Google's own retention policy; you can reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads on your phone.
